Due to the recent Jetty site Mort Bay being taken down, the jetty configuration file which references a DTD served from this domain is no longer available. The built in server for Style Intelligence, Style Scope, and Style Report will no longer start. We are working to provide a fix as soon as possible. For now, please follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Edit the ${installDir}/server/etc/jetty.xml file, and remove the DOCTYPE line. It should look like:
Once you remove this line, save the file, and end the process that is running and then try to restart the server. This should resolve your issue.
