Changes to portlet dashboards in version 9.5

If you are updating an existing installation to version 9.5 by swapping in new jar files, be aware that you must place the new dashboard-layouts.xml file in your SREE Home directory. You can obtain this file from the default SREE Home directory of any new installation of version 9.5.
