I have multiple viewsheets (having Only charts) and those are embedded in several tabs. Each viewsheet is pointing to different database tables having maximum (1000 records).
It takes lot of time to load the front page which has all the tabs. I am not sure whats going on here. I have not added any indexes on the tables yet but data is not that huge that can slow down the page to load.
Any help on this will be really appreciated. Do I need to do something different when handling multiple tabs/viewsheets?
Thanks,
Parag

I have two sliders and i need one slider to be dependent on the other in way that if i change one slider ,the other slider should slide to the same position.
I tired setting the range sliders selectedObjects property and it does change but the slider isn't affected by that.
In short I want to know how to change the position of the slider through script or data manipulation.

Hi;
Is there a way to set a row or column as a specific region as described by table styling? For example - if I have a table and the first row is a body region per the table style reion defintions - is there a way to set this row as the header region? I have a report where I need to change the table regions to match a new Table Style I put together - the only way I can figure out how to do this is rebuild the table - which is timeconsuming.
Ignore this -- found where table style region setting is done --
Peter

Hi!
I have a StyleIntelligence Report table that has approximately 1500 rows. The purpose is to show a listing of stores, in the order of best performing to lowest performing. We needed a rank in this table that shows where they stand (so, someone can say they ranked 10th best out of 1500, for instance). However, while the rank should be included when all 1500 stores are shown, since I haven't been able to figure out how to make that rank number "stick" when sorting or filtering, I hide that column if the user has done anything to alter the initial report view that shows all stores.
I have figured out how to do this in the case that the user used filters. For now I've turned off the click to sort functionality. However, I have to add it back in. How can I capture if a user has clicked on a column to re-sort the table? Ultimately, I'll want to add script that says if a user did this, then hide column 0.
Any help on how to go about doing that would be greatly appreciated!
Even better, if you have an idea on how to get the rank to be assigned to the record regardless of the sorting or filtering, that would be even better (data is stored in a mySQL table). I'd be happy with the first solution, too, though!
Thanks!!
~~Jody

I'm trying to create an interface where a user of a viewsheet can modify where the Target lines are by inputing a text value.
Ideally, I'd like it to look like or be part of a table.
Example:
Y component|Target Line
------------------------
A | (default value but editable by user) ex. 10
-------------------------
B | (default value)
Any ideas on the best way to do it? I've been able to do this with combo boxes, but I don't want a drop down, just a text field that the user can enter the value they want (and that can hold a default value).
Thanks
Brad

FYI, we have created a self-service tool to import maps from SHP (ESRI) format for use in InetSoft products. The documentation is in the InetSoft Wiki: MapCharts#Custom_Map_Data

A few weeks ago we created an analytic snapshot table in Salesforce that we'd like to use in Inetsoft. The only problem is that this table wasn't around when we did the initial data pull and as a result, Inetsoft doesn't see it.
My question is: How do get the dataloader to recognize this new table so that it will retrieve it? Is it as simple as adding it to the ObjectList.csv?
Thanks,
D

When selecting a font size for reports exported to Excel or RTF, the resulting font size is decreased by a half-point. e.g. select Arial 10, get 9.5 in resulting report.
Report Designer 10.2, build 0524111832
Any fix for this in the works?
